Olive moderation
A dash of shredded ginger
Use a tablespoon of oil
Cut the beans into 4cm pieces and set them aside.
Shred ginger and set aside. 1 tablespoon olives. If you like olives, you can put more.
Pour in the oil and stir in the shredded ginger until the oil is hot. A little bit more oil, because we're going to fry the beans a little bit later.
The beans should fry a little more in the pan and turn down the heat a little, otherwise they will burn quickly.
When the surface of the beans is slightly dry, pour in the prepared olives and stir gently. If the pan is too dry, put a little water in it. Don't drink more water at once, drink less water. Too much will affect the taste.
Stir lightly and season with sugar, salt and chicken essence. Out of the pot!
