40g dried figs
2 bananas
1 egg
Milk 50ml
150g plain flour
Baking powder 4g
Salt 2g
White sugar 10g
Put the banana and milk in the blender to make banana milk. Whisk the egg into the banana milk and set aside.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Sift into banana milk and egg mixture.
Cut dried figs into small cubes and set aside in a dish.
Mix well with a spatula until there is no dry powder.
Use a scraper to take the appropriate amount to the baking sheet padded with baking paper, as far as possible not spread very flat on it, the size as you like.
Preheat oven at 190 ° C for 40 minutes. Cover with foil if lightly scorched. The whole bread is almost cooked once it is painted, and you can eat it straight away or slice it for dipping!
