Cut the gelatine into pieces and soak in ice water. Put the milk and caster sugar in a saucepan and heat over low heat until the caster sugar dissolves. Put the frosted gelatine into the hot milk, stir until the gelatine dissolves, and set aside to cool.

Pour the mango puree into the puree milk and mix well. Pour all ingredients into the mixing bucket of the ice cream maker. Put the mixer in the ice cream maker and set it up.
