4-5 spinach plants
1 piece bean curd skin

Chop onion and ginger, wash spinach and cut 1-2 cm small segments, soak peanuts one night in advance, cut one or two cuts around the waist, cut tofu skin into shreds, and cut vermicels into 2 cm long segments.
