Chicken leg 500g
Ingredients: 500g chicken leg with skin, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon starch, 1 clove garlic, 2 slices ginger, salt to taste, light soy sauce to taste, olive oil to taste, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, cumin powder to taste.
(1) Wash and bone the chicken leg with skin.
(2) The chicken is patted flat with a knife, and then cut into pieces, it is best to keep each piece of chicken with a little chicken skin, so that it is best to fry out, and the chicken leg bones can be put into the refrigerator and used in soup later.
(3) Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, minced garlic, minced ginger, a small amount of pepper and salt, a small amount of olive oil (do not add it or not) and a small amount of black pepper to the cut chicken, then grab and marinate for more than 2 hours (the longer the longer the flavor).
(4) Take a tablespoon of starch, a tablespoon of flour, pour on a plate and stir well, beat two eggs and set aside.
(5) Pick up a piece of chicken with chopsticks and wrap it in flour + starch.
(6) Dip in egg mixture once.

(8) The chicken pieces wrapped in egg mixture and two kinds of powder are first put on the plate and wait for a while to cook together.
(9) When the oil temperature is about 60% hot, put the prepared chicken pieces into the oil pan and fry.
(10) Deep-fry for three or four minutes, until the skin is brown and remove.
