Pork short ribs 700g
Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
Amount of shallot
Ginger in moderation
Cooking wine 30 ml
Light soy sauce 4 tablespoons
Cornflour 4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
Soak short ribs in blood-clearing water, then rinse and drain
Add salt, cooking wine, cornflour, spring onion and ginger slices, mix well and marinate for 10 hours
Tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons white sugar to make a sweet and sour sauce. The concoction process can taste and adjust to the taste you like
Heat up a pan with a little more oil
Warm oil into small row
First fry until the ribs are discolored and slightly yellow at the edges
Let the oil temperature rise slightly, then pour in and deep-fry until the meat is nearly golden brown
Pour into a small bowl half full and add a tablespoon of tomato sauce
Add the sweet and sour sauce together and bring to a boil while stirring over high heat
Pour in the ribs and simmer until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Finished.
The short ribs must be soaked in blood water before marinating
When frying, put the oil in the pan the first time, so that the oil is just right for the second time.
